What we collect

When you request the guide we collect your name and email address. If you purchase the guide, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your payment details — we never see or store your card information.

How we use it

Your name and email are used to deliver the guide and to send a short series of follow-up emails about the guide and Scale-Upp's consulting work. We never sell or share your details with third parties.

Cookies

We only use strictly-necessary cookies — no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Specifically:

• lead_token — lets you re-download your guide from the same browser without re-entering your email.
• admin_session — keeps Scale-Upp staff signed in to the admin area.

Because all cookies are essential to delivering the service you requested, no consent banner is shown (UK GDPR / PECR exemption for strictly-necessary cookies). Stripe sets its own cookies on checkout pages it hosts on stripe.com — those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Unsubscribe & deletion

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your data, email hello@scale-upp.uk and we'll remove your record within 30 days.

GDPR

Data is stored securely in the UK/EU, is not shared with third parties beyond our email and payment processors, and is deleted on request.
